Maybe the house flipper lied to you and there's no buyer yet but he wants it to show better or something and didn't have the cajones to say so.

This could be a real possibility. OP have the flipper ask the buyer to come over and talk. Tell him the camper is temporary and then the buyer(if there is one) can decide on his own.

This entire problem can be solved with 50 foot of fence. It’s ridiculous that they even brought it up, it’s entirely their problem, and 0% yours. If you’re feeling generous, you could offer to split the fence with them.

Actually, I am a very considerate neighbor. I recently purchased a new house and did not ask any of the neighboring homeowners to change a thing with their property. I, however, do reach out to all of my neighbors when I am going to be doing something new to my property. For instance, I made sure they were ok with me getting chickens and a chicken coup, even making sure they were good with the location.

With that said, if one of my current neighbors were to sell their house and the buyer wanted to me to change something on my property, they could go pound sand.

Very considerate of you…however, other than the location of the coop, I wouldn’t ask whether or not I could have chickens. As long as it’s within the deed restrictions for your neighborhood, you pay for the property, so do as you wish

How about you just offer to sell the prospective new neighbors your trailer for 40K? They can then go do with it what they want, and you can go buy a nicer trailer to park next to their house. Everybody wins!
