Just do like that old hospital show. Build a deck on top of it and use it like you’re at the beach. Then you could easily talk to them wearing your birthday suit since you all over tan. Be a friendly neighbor.

I am not reading every comment so

In the original post OP said he was "grandfathered" so that leads me to believe someone bought some property next to him, cut it up into smaller lots, built a house right on the property line and now some prospective buyer wants to have him accommodate them by moving his trailer that is on his property.


If I was OP I would be offended they built a house that close to me without consulting me and getting my blessing
