I'm in the crowd that, as tps7742 said, "just because you have the right does not make it right." Why make it harder for your neighbor to sell his home? C'mom man! I like to be good neighbors, and I like to HAVE good neighbors. That is more important to me than what I legally have the right to do. I need to spend some time now researching what some or you guys' comments are on blind/feeders being too close to your fence line.
I believe he already explained it pretty well.
He can move it but would have to build a fence for it. Guess y’all could start a go fund a new fence for red!!!
I mean since y’all are the kind of neighbors everybody wants!!

Did you demand that they move it immediately so that you wouldn't be offended by having to see it?

Actually I'm thinking about starting a live thread for when they work on it. If anything I can share the wife of the couples size 48 rump in yoga pants

That is not what my PM said.

Or start a new thread whining and talking crap about members what kinda neighbors they are ect. make sure you send in yalls addresses so they can study aerial photos of yalls places so they can study yalls living situations to determine the type of people/neighbors you are

I think he abandoned this thread around 300 posts ago.

explains why mine went unanswered. I knew it couldn't be that you just didn't want to talk to me

I did when I quoted his post #191 in my post #297 with the picture of his large lot, but I saw no house on it...wondering where HIS house is in relation to his trailer. It appears that he built a fenced enclosure all the way across his property as far away from his house as possible right up next to his neighbor's fence to store his trailer. That does not appear to cultivate good neighborliness (IMHO of course!), and we like to think of us on TBH as good people and good neighbors.

No, he hasn't explained it pretty well as is typical in these type of threads; post a rant asking for input/advice....and then not answering questions for more clarity. Why didn't he put it next to his own fence? It appears from his picture that a fenced in surround was built to accommodate the trailer...right up next to his neighbor's fence far away from his house. If my neighbor did that, I would consider it chickencrap even though he has the legal right to do so.

Because it’s his property! What’s the point in owning an acre lot if you can only use half of it because your crybaby neighbor doesn’t like your camper?

If the buyer wants his neighbors stuff further away, then he should go buy an acre lot.

Good neighbors mind their own business and worry about themselves imo.

As per the text under the picture in post #191, the camper is in his yard on his side of the fence which he claims his survey showing the common fence between the lots as being on the property line.

OP (red) also stated in that same post that the trailer is sitting where it is on his lot where it won’t be sprayed by the aerobic septic system. This really should not be red’s issue in the least, the trailer is there, it’s apparently allowed, the people wanting the trailer to be moved are the ones being inconsiderate, not red.

It’s there, you know it is, he’s not doing anything wrong. Either buy the house or move on. It’s really fascinating that people seem to think that they can dictate what others do on their property when it’s apparently not breaking any laws, rules or regulations.

Personally, I wouldn’t care about it. Yeah, it’s a camping trailer. So what. It’s not the best looking thing to see while looking over the fence and into the neighbor’s yard, but it is the neighbor’s yard and he isn’t doing anything wrong. Deal with it or just go somewhere else.

just an observation, the OP said the lots were 1 acre in size. Sure does appear that the neighbors house is awfully close to the property line. I guess the other side of the house is wide open.

                                So, OP any new news?
