I'm in the crowd that, as tps7742 said, "just because you have the right does not make it right." Why make it harder for your neighbor to sell his home? C'mom man! I like to be good neighbors, and I like to HAVE good neighbors. That is more important to me than what I legally have the right to do. I need to spend some time now researching what some or you guys' comments are on blind/feeders being too close to your fence line.
He can move it but would have to build a fence for it. Guess y’all could start a go fund a new fence for red!!!
I mean since y’all are the kind of neighbors everybody wants!!

If the buyer wants his neighbors stuff further away, then he should go buy an acre lot.

Why didn't he put it next to his own fence? It appears from his picture that a fenced in surround was built to accommodate the trailer...right up next to his neighbor's fence far away from his house. If my neighbor did that, I would consider it chickencrap even though he has the legal right to do so.
OP (red) also stated in that same post that the trailer is sitting where it is on his lot where it won’t be sprayed by the aerobic septic system. This really should not be red’s issue in the least, the trailer is there, it’s apparently allowed, the people wanting the trailer to be moved are the ones being inconsiderate, not red.
It’s there, you know it is, he’s not doing anything wrong. Either buy the house or move on. It’s really fascinating that people seem to think that they can dictate what others do on their property when it’s apparently not breaking any laws, rules or regulations.
Personally, I wouldn’t care about it. Yeah, it’s a camping trailer. So what. It’s not the best looking thing to see while looking over the fence and into the neighbor’s yard, but it is the neighbor’s yard and he isn’t doing anything wrong. Deal with it or just go somewhere else.
