    I missed yesterday. Got sick about 0200 and threw up until 0500. Slept all day yesterday until grand kids came over for their weekly night over. Hope to make it tomorrow.

                    I’m up in Denison this morning. Did a little “jog” with my granddaughter! After she had enough, I did a Garmin recommended sprint workout.

                    15 minute warmup run
                    3x 15 sec sprints (-max effort’)
                    5 min recovery run
                    3x 15 sec sprints
                    10 min cool down run

                        Have to be honest, this has probably been my worst month to date gym and diet wise… only pacing for 16 visits this month and I’m usually in the 22-24 range and I’ve now had 3 weekends in a row of unhinged eating/drinking. It might only be 6-7 bad days for the month but that’s all it takes to ruin 4-5 good weeks….

                        Have to jump back on the grind and resist some of the stupid urges.

                        On a good note I’m about as strong as I’ve ever been. Once I finally straighten everything out I will be in a real solid spot.

                          Mae it in yesterday for chest and back. Today was arms and legs. Started hitting the concept 2 rower every morning as part of my warm up. That machine sucks, but I'm going to continue to hit it.

                          Deadlift 5X6
                          Bb curl 5x6
                          Leg extension 5X12
                          Preacher curl 5X12
                          Cable pushdown 5X12
                          Over head rope extension 4X25, 1X20
                          Overhead cable curl 4X25, 1X20

                            bicep has been holding up good the last 7 days so looks like the 95% guess that something was wrong was….. Wrong lol

                              Made it in this AM. I feel old and fat. Like a busted can of biscuits! Dadgum weight fluctuated 5 pounds in one day. I'm pretty sure it was water loss/gain, but dangit! I hit the rower this AM and pretty much shot my wad in the first minute and a half. I'm trying to get 500 meters in 2 minutes or less like I've been doing and I was running at a 1:46 pace pretty much from the start. That didn't last long cuz I pooped out. I'll try it again tomorrow. Chest and back today and felt pretty strong.
