2024 Workout Accountability Thread!

    Legs and abs today.

    Super squat 3X6
    Standing leg curl 3X12
    Leg extension 3X25

    Belt squat 3X6
    Deadlift 3X12
    Seated calf raise 3X25

    Hanging leg raise 3X12
    Incline sit up 3X10
    Cable rotations 3X10

    I just hope I can walk normally this weekend. LOL! Everyone have a good one!

      I did my first real resistance training session since Murph on Memorial Day. I went relatively easy.

      10 min warmup run
      Bench Press
      ATG Split Squats
      Arnold Press
      Seated Good Mornings
      Deadlift

      I'll probably get in a decent "base" run tomorrow before heading to Cstat for the Super Regional series at Blue Bell.

            Still doing my routine as I can (only 3 times last week due to work). Down 43 lbs so far and feeling better.

                    Back and did some arm work as well… 30 minute treadmill session with a mile of light jogging divided up into 3 1/3 miles mixed in with a lot of walking… legs and knees feel good my lungs not so much… plan on doing a month of treadmill work before running outside… hope the knees hold up

                      lim surprisingly sore today from my fairly light lifting on Friday. I decided to take a rest day today. I’ll get plenty of standing in at tonight’s ballgame!

                        Great chest and tricep workout today. Did another treadmill session today… ran three .4 of a mile segments sandwiched with walking for a total of 40 minutes…

                                Big props to You also! I understand the soreness, although my rotator cuff that was hurting terribly throughout the first 3 months of workouts is doing really good now....hardly any pain.
