    Back and shoulders done today… it’s encouraging that todays shoulder workout didn’t seem to to aggravate a nagging shoulder injury that’s been bothering me for the past 3 months…

          Yesterday was a solid leg session

          just finished a chest and tri session

          tomorrow should be back and Bi’s but I’m also fishing first thing in the am which is always tough to work out after lol

                  A good way to start off a Monday. Chest and back. 3X6 , 3X12 and 3X25 reps.

                  Incline DB chest press 3X6
                  Incline DB chest press one notch lower 3X12
                  DB chest press flat bench 3X25
                  Low Row supinated grip 3X6
                  Lat pull down 3X12
                  Overhead lat pull 3X25
                  Hanging leg raise
                  Ab crunch

                      A solid legs and arms day. The Concept rower is still kicking my old arse, but I'm making progress getting 500 meters in under 2 minutes.

                      Calf raise 3X12
                      Preacher curl 3X12
                      Overhead rope extension 3X12

                          Lots of travel the last week or so interrupted my workouts. I got back in the groove with a 1 hour run yesterday (5.7 miles) and a solid strength workout this morning:

                          10 minute warmup run
                          sled push/pulls
                          box jump overs
                          seated db good mornings
                          deadlift
                          db reverse lunges
