        Grandkids spent the night last night and I can tell you that a 7 and 5 year old have more energy than I do. I stayed home this morning as I didn't think it was a career move to make my wife wrangle them up for day care and VBS today.

            Today was going to be legs and shoulders but i spent the first 2-3 hours working in the back yard and burnt myself out pretty good. Taking a break, knocking out some work and then going to do a light 3 mile run this evening followed by the finishing touches to the yard! Should still hit the move goal and exercise if I follow through with everything and will do shoulders and legs manana.

                  Been a busy week with a rig cook on Wednesday in Dilly and then went straight to POC for OHH fishing tourney Thursday and Friday. I got in a one hour run this morning. I slept in a little and was regretting it during the last half of the run. It was HOT!

                    Been dragging/struggling with shoulder pain so took the last todays off…
                    ‘chest and triceps earlier today… hope to get in some walking and jogging in later on…

                      Back in the gym after a week off. My wife started back to crossfit this AM so I get to do my own stuff. Chest and back today.

                      Bench press 3X6
                      Incline DB chest press 3X12
                      Cable fly 3X25
                      Lat pull down 3X6
                      Low row 3X12
                      Overhead lat pull 3X25

                      Hanging leg raise 3X12

                      Arms and legs tomorrow.

                              Garmin recommended Threshold run this morning.
                              10 min warmup run, 3 x 7:00@8:35/mi pace, 10 min cool down run.
