    Took Wednesday as a rest day and ended up working Thursday so no workout for 2 days…
    chest and triceps done earlier today… shoulder is still not 100% but seems to be getting better

    Hit it again this morning for arms and legs. Took it pretty easy on the arms trying not to aggravate my elbow. It seems ok right now. Heavy on the legs so pretty sure I'll have trouble walking by the end of the day.

    Belt squat 3X6
    Deadlift 3X6
    Hanging leg raise 3X10
    Cable pushdown 3X6
    BB curl 3X6
    Super squat 3X10
    Calf raise 3X10
    Arm blaster curl 3X10
    Incline situp 3X10
    Leg extension 3X10
    Cable kickback 3X10

    Rest this weekend, play some golf, work around the house on projects. I see strip sets in my future for chest and back.

    Tested negative for the rona yesterday but went home at lunch and slept for 4 hours. That was awesome. Went to bed early too and slept straight through until the alarm went off at 0345. We were running a little late this morning, but still managed to get a good workout in. Used some different equipment this AM to try and baby my elbow. I hit chest and back today.

    Seated wide grip chest press 3X10
    Lat pulldown 3X10
    Forearm curls 3X12
    Seated chest press machine 3X10
    Lat pulldown supinated grip 3X10
    Cable fly 3X15
    Low row 3X10

    Tomorrow is supposed to be arms and legs day. I think it will be just legs, abs and cardio.

    Keep fighting it!

    We’re leaving for TAC in Colorado this evening, but I got in a 48 min run (4.5 mi) before having to jump on a conference call for work.

    Probably won’t get in a structured workout for the next week, but I’m sure I’ll get in plenty of hiking.

    Rest day today. I felt like doodoo all day yesterday. Head hurt, throat hurt, back always hurts and now I've injured my left elbow somehow. Getting old really sucks.

    Tried to go in yesterday but the gym was closed with the storm and no power.

    I took advantage of the light drizzle and slightly cooler afternoon temps to do some VO2 max work yesterday.

    Beryl barely scraped by us early this morning, but kept things cooled down for a quick morning workout.

    1 mile warmup run
    DB Box step ups
    Box jump overs
    seated DB good mornings
    Sumo Deadlift

    Chest and triceps done today… shoulder seems to finally be on the heal. Got some heavy ( heavy for me at least ) bench press reps and the shoulder didn’t get to aggravated… hoping it will be totally good in the next few weeks.
