I took advantage of the light drizzle and slightly cooler afternoon temps to do some VO2 max work yesterday.
Beryl barely scraped by us early this morning, but kept things cooled down for a quick morning workout.
1 mile warmup run
DB Box step ups
Box jump overs
seated DB good mornings
Sumo Deadlift

We’re leaving for TAC in Colorado this evening, but I got in a 48 min run (4.5 mi) before having to jump on a conference call for work.
Probably won’t get in a structured workout for the next week, but I’m sure I’ll get in plenty of hiking.

Tomorrow is supposed to be arms and legs day. I think it will be just legs, abs and cardio.
