I appreciate you sharing the info…

Man I was feeling terrible the last bit of my workout yesterday and by 9pm had a 100 degree fever. Not sure what it was but feeling better this morning.

Going to take it easy today and just do a light/slow 3-4 mile jog around lunch.

              I hope you’re feeling better.

I worked upper body today. Hamstrings and glutes are properly sore this evening from yesterday (just enough to let me know it’s working. ) I’m looking forward to sprint intervals tomorrow.

Just joining in. I didn't want to post when I started the first week of January, just in case I quit. I have been doing total body workouts every day except Sunday's. Doing lots of cardio (rowing machine, assault bike) also. I'm up to 150 incline sit ups a day (30 at a time, 5 reps). I started back on keto at the same time also. I'm down 30 pounds so far and 2 pant sizes. I feel night and day better. 53 years old and hope for many more healthy years.

Chest and Tris today. I'm enjoying my new workouts and they're much tougher than what they replaced.

Ranch trip this last weekend and ate like crap and of course drank to many beers (42nd time I have written that on this thread...) and no working out....

Made it in for shoulders this afternoon though but a very "meh" workout in general. I really need to right the ship (20th time I have said that this year) and no major trips coming up should help. Need to kick up the discipline a few notches and get back into the right mind set. I am stronger now than I have been since July and my legs, shoulders, back and arms show that but once you get to my mid section the "bulk" is real dirty lol

Another attempt at firing things up!

Edit: Made notes of how many times i have said "Restart" or "Now its time to get serious" and it was 5 times (1/9, 1/15, 1/26, 1/29, and today 2/19) not 20 . Hopefully there isn't a 6th "Restart" for a hot minute after this one.

LOL! I feel ya! It rained all Friday morning, and instead of just getting in a lifting session in my garage I wanted to wait it out and get my sprints in. Of course, I ended up rushing to get out of town and missed working out completely.

We made 300+ lbs of sausage at the Blanco lease on Satuday (involved a few beers) and then filled feeders Sunday. Drive home, unload, a few chores…No Sunday workout.

I had meetings in Houston today and got home late afternoon, but I finally made time for a 20 minute warmup run followed by five ::30 second redline sprints.

I will say I’ve done some heavy leg days, some heavy upper body lifting and a couple of 6+ mile runs in the last 6 weeks, but sprints are probably the most taxing workouts I’ve done. I think I’m going to start making them my main priority every week.
