I've been doing modified workouts when I'm at the ranch. Well, I found a great little gym in Madisonville and I love it. Had a great workout yesterday, crushing legs and shoulders. I also finally found an app that I like. It's called STRONG.
Today is Arms, Back and Chest. It's my toughest workout of the week in the new format I'm hitting. Last week I was so sore I had to hold my toothbrush in place and swing my head around just to brush my teeth.



I've also added a 1mile warm-up to the beginning of my workout. I don't run the whole thing yet, but so far, so good.
