I missed Friday and Monday. We headed to the ranch my daughter and son in law live on to help with some MLD deer killing. Like 150class, I ate like crap and vodka and 7up is my drink of choice, but I didn't drink that much if it. We did manage to kill 3 very nice bucks. We were exhausted when we got home yesterday.
Made the gym this morning for chest and back. 5X5 on chest and 5X8-10 on back.
