everything to the left is my yard, and anywhere i move it to, it will be sprayed by the septic system and i would have to build a new fence to hide it behind per city ordinance.
their view is a 6ft wooden fence with 2ft of trailer above it, or 6ft wooden fence with tops of cedar trees. they have no scenic view in that direction even if the trailer was gone.
I'm in the crowd that, as tps7742 said, "just because you have the right does not make it right." Why make it harder for your neighbor to sell his home? C'mom man! I like to be good neighbors, and I like to HAVE good neighbors. That is more important to me than what I legally have the right to do. I need to spend some time now researching what some or you guys' comments are on blind/feeders being too close to your fence line.
