wow was not expecting this to blow up this much...
here is the scene from the street. and it is a early 90s trailer, but not trashed, well maintained for its age.

everything to the left is my yard, and anywhere i move it to, it will be sprayed by the septic system and i would have to build a new fence to hide it behind per city ordinance.

their view is a 6ft wooden fence with 2ft of trailer above it, or 6ft wooden fence with tops of cedar trees. they have no scenic view in that direction even if the trailer was gone.

Where is your house in this picture? Why not put it next to YOUR house? Did the existing neighbor ever complain about putting it that close to his fence line? Please post the address or PM it to me; would like to see an aerial photo of the situation.

I'm in the crowd that, as tps7742 said, "just because you have the right does not make it right." Why make it harder for your neighbor to sell his home? C'mom man! I like to be good neighbors, and I like to HAVE good neighbors. That is more important to me than what I legally have the right to do. I need to spend some time now researching what some or you guys' comments are on blind/feeders being too close to your fence line.

If the OP doesn't move his trailer...he should without a doubt be punished even to the extent of possibly serving some sort of jailtime. That's what HOA's are for.
