Yep. Still not going to let it bother me. For half the price I think I still would buy one even if it didn't have a warranty. Unless the thing just broke in half they would probably say it was user fault or a wearable item or something.

My old factory rifle has been getting it done for 20+ but that doesn't mean I don't want a custom.....so if y'all all would, go ahead and jump off the band wagon so the ship dates won't be so dang long!!!! Plus I use the ramblers (yeti/rtic) in rotation and don't have a preference
*all of the above are facts but one day that custom will be under the seat of the duramax with some high dollar cooler bouncing around in the back

I just seen that y'all changed the warrant to 90 days. If when I paid for my cooler it was advertised 7 years, do I still get a 7 year warranty?

Hi there:
All of our products have moved to a 90 day warranty. If you wish to return your cooler, we are happy to give you a full refund. We moved to a standardized warranty so that it would be consistent with all of our products.

Sue them under DTPA. Your damages could be three times what you paid for the knock off and reasonable attorneys fees. Attorneys can be quite unreasonable with their "reasonable" fees. :-)

Hi Chris:
My deepest apologies. I just started in Customer Service and misunderstood the policy. After speaking with my manager, he informed me that I was incorrect in my response to you and that we will honor the seven year warranty for all coolers purchased prior to the date that we changed the warranty. Again, I'm really sorry for the misinforming you and will send you a 30 oz tumbler free of charge for your troubles.
I hope that you will continue to enjoy your cooler and will enjoy your new tumbler as well.
Lisa
