2024 Workout Accountability Thread!

    I'm lucky I made the gym this morning. My wife broke her foot yesterday morning at crossfit and is now in a hard cast with crutches and a knee scooter. Needless to say, I was wore out after having to do all of her "chores" as well as mine when I got home. I need a kid or something that I can boss around to get that stuff done. 🤣

    Today was leg and back day. 3X8 and despite getting to the gym kind of late, I got more done than I expected.

    T-bar row/leg extension
    Super squat/standing calf raise/BB row supinated
    Lat pulldown neutral grip/standing leg curl
    Dead lift/overhead rope lat pull
    Lat pulldown supinated/hip abduction

    Chest and tris tomorrow

        Well, I didn't make it this morning. I had to take my wife back to the urgent care clinic to get her cast taken off. They either had it on too tight or something, but it was driving her crazy. They put her in a hard boot which is what I thought they should have done in the first place, but what do I know. I haven't watched Grey's Anatomy in awhile. Maybe tomorrow.

                  Did a distance run with a buddy that’s prepping for a triathlon next weekend.

                  10 miles total according to my buddies Garmin (my I-watch likes to short change me and a actual mile to it is only .82 to .85 miles… no idea why it calibrated off so much).

                        Sunday was a circuit of: (1 mile, 2x15 push ups, 2x30' planks or 2-25 Mountain climbers) x 4 times.

                        Finished in 37'45" and averaged a 7'35" mile pace.

                        Yesterday was a rest day because my legs were fried after almost 15 miles in 2 days. Today will be chest and tris for lunch.
