2024 Workout Accountability Thread!

I've pretty much been on the road for most of the last few weeks. I've done a few bodyweight exercises (can't really call them workouts) and some long runs to try to maintain fitness levels. My nutrition has been pretty good considering how difficult that can be while traveling and vacationing. I did have some fried fresh trout, onion rings and birthday cake/frozen yogurt while we were in Port Isabel. I also allowed myself a bloody mary after a 5.25 mile run on the beach in South Padre last Saturday morning.
I'm going to do some relatively light lifting today to ease back into a somewhat regular schedule.
