Has everyone received their refund check if they were unsuccessful with the elk draw?
Just wondering because it seems like I read some replies where people were getting their checks already and I want to be sure to watch the mail if they are sending them out already.

Got my elk refund today.
After not drawing anything I may sit this year out. I have elk hunted at least once each year since 91. Not sure how I will handle it?
I may still find a voucher but I'm not really feeling the OTC tag this year. It helps a little that I will be hunting whitetail in Kansas though.

I would call around to some of the booking agents like bow safari consultants or outdoors international and see if they have any cancelations or anything like that

Yep - I'm right there with y'all.
I struck out in all the draws and haven't been able to find land owner vouchers.

I'm going to look out for some last minute / cancellation deals, but will probably end up picking an OTC unit and go hiking for a week.
