Show me a 6920 with these options.... These can be had for the same money. With a $200 Troy free float rail, $65 gun fighter charging Handle, and all the same specs or better as a the colt....

It's your money boss I'm not here to change anyone's mind just giving my opinion.

HEHEHEHEHEHEH Welcome to the "High Fence of firearms thread"

Everytime someone asks this question it gets explained in a very insightful manner, but rarely gets understood by some...lol...

        Simply put..

If you are looking for a hunting rifle or plinking rifle, or even the occasional class rifle buy whatever you want as long as you like it..

BUT when it is going to be used when lives are on the line and depend upon its operational aspects..SPEND THE MONEY...I value my life and those around me

        RUN THEM ALL WET...

Well I'm all confused now. LOL I'm new to the AR scene and ended up with a Colt(goodun) and a Windham(questionable). The Windham was a bird in the hand buy and it was exactly $180 cheaper than the Colt. I would have spent the extra money anyday if I could have found another 6920, but I still haven't found another one at normal prices. So does a man sell his NIB windham and wait to score another Colt or BCM etc...?

I checked out Bravo site looks good except for this statement "Due to the political climate and the demand of Bravo Company Rifles we are completely sold out of all rifles"

Unless you want to lay down big bucks for a premium rifle don't rely on brand, for the most part it is the same alloy forged by a handful of machinist and a handful of barrel makers. Mil spec gives you a variety of various manufacturers, sub moa from a model 1 and sub moa from a Larue is sub moa.

I shot sub moa from a model 1 upper. Unless you are using it for War or LE a gun that shoots every time you pull the trigger will work.

I shoot a Colt at work every week. Great guns but have just as many issues that I have had with a Spikes , RRA, Model 1.
