It wouldn't have anything to do with the actual bullet would it? .22 vs .223 That is pretty close in size... Something under the table fishy government bs with the manufacturers? ...Nah, prob not.
One of the things being discussed is stopping internet ammo sales and limiting the number of rounds you can buy at one time.
Talk of hundred round limit per sale. Some places are stupid about ammo DC considers ammo the same as a firearm . Friend facing 15 ,one year sentences for a partial box of .22s under his car seat Non resident with a firearm each round is a seperate charge.
Your decimal is off a couple of spots. $35.00 for 2,000 rounds is $.0175 per round. Not sure if you can find anything cheaper than that.
Thats what I want to find it for.. Rally if anyone can tell me where to get them for 3 cents per round I'd be happy. Even if I have to wait a while for things to settle before I can buy.
1.75 cents and $.0175 = the same thing At least coming from the schools I went to LOL
$.03 cents a round is the cheapest I can find them. $20 for a box of 525. I did get my hands on a bucket of bullets, 1400rnds for $65. That was more like $.04cents.
people learning to shoot, farmers with pest, a young kid that just got a 22lr for christmas and just ran out of his last brick. Or how about anyone that just has a 22 and wants to go shoot it but is not an ammo horder.

Wal-Mart and Academy?
I found the 1400 bucket, but the $20 for 525 is never in stock at Wal-Mart.
Any place else to look for these with reasonable prices?
