Long story short, historically the earth has warmed and CO2 levels increased afterward, contrary to popular believe that increased man made CO2 is going to cause temp increase.
It’s science, real measurable science, so the left disregards this info.
There is absolutely zero measurable science supporting anything in the Bible or that God exists, yet 100's of millions believe it to be true without any contestation. Worldwide that's accepted, but climate change activists or global warming believers are the crazy ones......Interesting.
People are going to believe what they are going to believe. Does that make them wrong or crazy? I don't know, but we (as in all of us) want others to put stock into what we believe but don't do the same for others. At the end of the day who really cares what you or I believe? It has zero impact on the next person.

Apples and oranges here .................... Government doesn't steal money from me (and everyone else) to throw at something to make some one rich in the name of religion. If money was not involved and it did not make people filthy rich or if it did not have such fanatical following that keeps them in power then the politicians would not care about "climate change". How many times was the world supposed to end in the past 40 years? So the zero impact argument is not there as far as many of us are concerned. If those that believe in it want to fund it out of their own pockets then by all means have it, just leave me out.(that's how the church works - money is VOLUNTARILY given to support a cause that that individual believes in, not stolen and wasted or laundered as most government spending likely is.

Oh FFS, just stop it with the idiotic comparisons...they are using their climate religion agenda for control.
NY just mandated no new gas stoves & the attempt to force us into E-cars is simply asinine & will fail on all levels. It's so freak'n obvious & the attempt to compare it to Christianity or any other traditional faith based & the govt forcing it on people is beyond moronic.

Excuse my naivety, I assumed that tax dollars were not used to directly fund churches and the like (as they SHOULD NOT be because religion is a choice made on an individual basis). I realize that there are tax breaks and non-profit-like benefits, but did not think the government stole my money in the form of taxes and handed it to the church. Yes there are most definitely some mega church pastors that are filthy rich and come off a bit slimy, but I do not think that is the norm in small town USA.
Laugh at me if that is what you need to do. My biggest point is I do not trust government spending and think that we are extremely arrogant to think we are going to noticeably alter the climate if we pay more taxes and fund their green schemes. But if I or anyone chooses to give/donate our money to a cause that we deem worthy then that is fine (ie. church, etc.....), my money to decide who or where it goes.

Let's set the religion aside. Let's talk gun control. Data that can be verified a thousand times over proves that more people were killed after the assault weapon ban of 1994 ended. There's no one here that can deny that fact. Yet, we all will fight tooth and nail to hang on to our guns. Why? Because it's important to us to be able to maintain our constitutional right. Even though the proof is there that more people have died from these weapons, we don't care, we want our weapons. Well, that's the way the tree huggers feel. They want their clean air and clean water. But we call them freaks. I'm just pointing out the glaring hypocrisy that we engage in. I'm just as guilty as anyone on this site of it.
What about PETA and animal rights activists? Do you think they enjoy giving their tax dollars to programs that benefit hunters and fishermen? I'm sure they don't but they still pay. We all pay. So having an opinion against a group really doesn't matter, because in the end we are likely funding the same group we despise. Crazy world we live in :-)

But I do have two questions:
Where do all these tons and tons of C02 that we put into the air daily go?
Is/Will there be absolutely no consequences for continuing to pump tons and tons of C02 into the air?

The earth has been pumping CO2, NOx, CO, N2, etc... into the atmosphere since the beginning of time through volcano eruptions, geysers, tsunamis, earthquakes, landslides, etc. We are still here, and we still have plenty of oxygen, we aren't roasting from too much UV rays and the oceans haven't dried up. We have no control of anything that truly affect this planet. We are fools to believe we do.
