The last time it was expanded was in 1869. Before that it was changed 6 times and I don’t consider that “many”. If we allow the crazy libs to pack it with the far left justices they want we are a short time to Cuba and Venezuela. Remember those 2 countries were free and prosperous until they weren’t and their is a common denominator.

I understand that as well, but how has the composition of the court been changed? Trump did it "by the rules" I would say. If a justice passes away, opening. You don't create your own openings by adding positions.

I know it has been done in the past - but not for a long, long time.

No...we want to know how many times recently, last 100 years, the court has been changed because one party wants complete control? You come here, throw up bull**** and then tuck tail and run like the little ***** you are!

But according to mf, it’s changed many times. Then he told someone to read up on history? He’s a joke, lives in Austin and smokes poles!

I just read biographies of Henry Clay and John Marshall, so it was fresh in my mind.

The Supreme Court is only relevant when the rule of law is followed. In Democratic strongholds that doesn't happen. So who cares how the Supreme Court rules on something. It doesn't carry any weight in a lawless enclave.
