They are sure sending out lots of smoke just to squeeze one judge. And no, that is not Biden’s primary goal. He fully intends to stack the court, that’s the reason he wouldn’t comment one way or the other during his campaign. He knew it was unpopular. Sportsmen better wake up, this line of thinking is detrimental to our values, or at least it is to mine.

That one judge is critical for the left. If the Dems lose the WH in 2024, which could easily happen, Breyer won’t make it another 4 years. That’s another conservative judge on the bench. That would leave only 2 liberals in the SC. Breyer is the only short term reasonable play the Dems have. Adding seats and packing the court is a nuclear option and would start a fight that I just don’t think Biden has the stomach or the energy for. I could be wrong of course, but I just don’t see him being that foolish. I’d bet a burger that in 2024 there will still only be 9 judges (unless Biden doesn’t make it to 2024).

Biden isn’t calling the shots. He’s reading note cards and teleprompters. Then signing what’s put in front of him.

Even reading the teleprompter isn’t working out. Did you see when he was talking about his loony AFT(ATF) nomination? He said AFT twice!

After what they pulled off this year they have no fear of loosing the WH
Like mentioned already, Biden is not making the decisions around there
And these people have been working their playbook for 75 years to “ fundamentally change” America and they have finally made it to the 2 yard line. Nothing is going to stop them now

It’s almost time for an “amicable divorce” of states... let the lefties keep all their power over the states willing to stay with them.

              Nailed it

It’s time to take the gloves off (way past time actually) if you can’t see what’s coming then you are literally blind, deaf and dumb.

Your vote can't hardly read the teleprompter and complete a coherent sentence...you seem ok with someone like that running our country. Your reason you stated was because Trump was doing away with Obamacare which was better for lining your pockets. Big pharma at its finest

Biden hasn't done much outside of his EOs which he has signed non stop since he's been in office more than any other president in history.

Folks, this should scare you 10 times more than any gun EO that senile old man has suggested.

This is typical partisan politics at play. Both sides do it to try and secure future power when they have it.

I bet the few dems holding out saying they won't support it have their phones ringing off the hook with "deals and offers". Even those who 100% support it might as well drag their feet to see what offers come their way.

Heck yea! That is how a $45,000 a year lawyer from "hole in the ground" district USA becomes a millionaire after 4 or 5 terms in D.C. They are not fighting each other for committee chairs for nothing. But let's not be cynical and say both sides are not doing the same thing. WE all know it as citizens but accept it as part of the process........lol!
