Doesn't matter how many people are on the court, its corrupt and won't change a thing.

looks like the dems are going to add 4 justices, that's a nice round convenient number.

it will never happen..... just watch!

The goal is fundamental change to this country.

Sworn in to protect the constitution and only continues to try and tear it down.

They are saying they need to do it to "restore confidence?" I guess they mean their own confidence that they will be able to implement whatever they want with no chance of denial.

Wow, the drunk lady said NO.

Nancy Pelosi effectively killed an upcoming Democrat proposal to expand the Supreme Court by four seats by saying Thursday she would not bring the bill to the House floor.

We live in a weird world now.

Long past time for a constitutional convention to add in that the SCOTUS can never be expanded and set term limits for them and all of congress and limit their pension to the same SS check as everyone else. No more pension the day they leave congress. Only after age 65. NO free medical care. These two things alone would fix a lot of the DC mess.

Yep. If they had to live by the same rules the peasants do after their terms expire, that would most likely change the outcome of a whole bunch of their decisions.

If you want to call putting in Justices that may lean one way or the other within the prescribed constraints of the system "stacking", go ahead. But that is fundamentally different than increasing the number of Justices to be able to put in a certain number that lean your way. It is more of a force of nature in the normal process that has gone on for decades.

It just so happened that there were vacancies during Trump's administration that "allowed" him to appoint Justices. If it is on the up and up, and not an artificial "stacking", then why not change the number to 11? Oh! Because that would no allow Biden to appoint enough that lean his way to change the majority.

This change in "belief" is due to the fact that previously he was worried about the Republicans gaining power again at some point and doing the same thing. Due to their expertise in rigging elections he is no longer worried about that happening

The composition of the court has been changed many times according to political agendas. Sleazy & underhanded? Sure, but that’s politics as usual, not some unprecedented move. That’s all I said.
