I voted against all but three of them. They NAME these bills in such a way that the name sounds like a good thing. People do not actually read in advance about what the bills actually do. We are doomed.

Very well said, sir! It's too bad our government doesn't see things your way.

So who knows who could benefit from this since it's not spelled out in the beginning. So wishy washy that nobody should have voted for it in the first place.

No doubt someone gets a tax break, but who is the question and who is going to pay for it. Actually I know who will pay for it.
Outstanding logic! In fact, most all propositions are written this way. The summation of the proposition (the "title"-the language you see on the pre-vote collateral material and, ultimately, on the ballot) is purposefully designed to lull the voter into a false sense of benefit. However, when you dig a little deeper, you'll see a much different picture in terms of who benefits. And it isn't you or me.

In case a few people have not figured it out yet.... This crap never ends.

You hate nurses and doctors? Better hope you never go to hospital!
You hate EMS? Better hope you never call an ambulance!
You hate Firefighters? Better hope your house never catches fire!
You hate teachers? You hate children you pos!
You hate child care centers? Then you hate children or poor people who need those services!

It's an endless cycle of guilting the public into letting them spend more.

Notice they NEVER ask for money for all the BS they waste money on. They spend most money on stupid programs, bonus, pay for supers, board members etc without asking. Then it's we need more money and the guilt trips start.

Quite frankly, thats socialism. It reduces the price to the user ( in theory anyway ), but then puts the burden on everyone else. Including people like me that have already paid my dues, my kids are grown and now my taxes will go to pay for others childcare. That is certainly not fair.

When I was waiting in line one guy asked " we arent actually voting for anybody in this one, right?"

No, here we weren't, but who the heck were you planning on voting for if you didnt even know if we are voting for anyone in the first place!

go take a look at the polling demographics of the state.

                majority early voters..

in my experience, most early voters are older (55 plus) and less than 19 percent of registered votes here...

                so who voted for this?

I wish there was a way to follow the money on all of these BS props to see who is actually getting the money and in what amounts. I bet people would be surprised what they thought they voted for wasn't actually what they voted for.

But if we still had Trump's booming economy would all of these props be needed? The one about retiring old judges instead of making our court system a perpetual nursing home suited me just fine as did Prop 4

Trump’s booming economy helped cause this…over $8 trillion added to the natl debt in 4 years…he did some great stuff, but screwed us in other ways.

The way I read it, is they gave the bastages another 4 years to mandatory retirement.

Alrighty. So the Biden boondoggle’s are going to greatly benefit us in the future? I won’t be waiting with bated breath.

Never said that. Biden is the worst president in history…however, Trump isn’t a great guy either.

Yet you dump on Trump but don’t mention Biden? I think you’re wanting to come out of the closet. It’s okay. Thankfully we are all wired differently. Sometimes we just have to agree to disagree.
