A child care facility is a private business just like any other private business. Why should they be able to skate property taxes? Why should my property taxes go up because someone else is getting a free ride? Any idea where the money will come from due to this loss of revenue. I'll give you one guess.

Not defending but just consider that when child care facilities' taxes go sky high then so does the cost of child care to the individual who must use this service. Maybe this Prop was a way to sort of reduce or hold in check the rising cost of child care.

So who knows who could benefit from this since it's not spelled out in the beginning. So wishy washy that nobody should have voted for it in the first place.
No doubt someone gets a tax break, but who is the question and who is going to pay for it. Actually I know who will pay for it.
