The neighborly thing to do would be to not make requests of someone who isn’t even your neighbor. Im not nostradamus but i can envision the potential neighbor always having something in their craw and given in to them in the past, feeling entitled to compliance. No thanks

I’m pretty sure that I’m the man that can say KISS MY AZZ in 5 different languages. What would the arrogant bastages want next after moving in? They don’t like the color of my vehicles? They don’t like my squirrel feeder luring wild animals to the property? Heaven forbid should they see me skinning a deer or hog in my back yard.

Like said above you can politely inform them that it will not be there permanently but it stays where it is at until you need to move it. If they are trying to make a demand like that before buying the house then it’s gonna be 10x worse when they move in. I wouldn’t even consider it and if they decide against buying it you just did yourself a favor pushing them down the road. There will be other buyers.

I am going to respectfully disagree. But that's ok. If it's his camper, and has been his camper, then the potential neighbors are the only ones overstepping. They don't have to buy it. This wasn't handled well from the get go. Sounds like if the flipper wants to sell it, he can pay for some storage, as alluded to earlier.
I've lived some places where I've looked at way worse. But it was already there. That's on me.

Letter goes in trash can and walk away. No reason to respond to the letter.
No reason to move the trailer.

Sounds about like the folks who buy next door to a gun range and then complain they can hear gunshots. If you're the last to show up and something already exists, deal with it or GTFO. LOL at the "peeping tom/eyesore" argument. What about all the pools with neighboring 2 story houses with windows facing it? Should they have to build a 30ft fence because some conceited(and most likely unattractive) person thinks others care to look at them? Mind ya own business people...
