Sounds like if they move in you will always have problems with them.

      DO NOT GET INVOLOVED!

MAKE SURE your name is not involved! Seen some bad outcomes from situations like this!

He said that he was Grandfathered in. If he moves it then they would have leverage on anything else that bothers them. Personally, I have looked at a lot of properties and if I saw something I didn’t like about the potential neighbors surroundings on their property I just simply moved along. Chances are, they will always have something in their yard that wouldn’t suit the way I live.

I'd move it for a large fee. Considerably more than storage cost. Otherwise, I wouldn't move it.

And then you can check with them to make sure your house color is ok and be sure to get them to approve any pets, sheds, kid toys, etc. that may use the backyard.

Line the fence with tripods and feeders from the lease as well! I wouldn't move a thing for sure!!!

Sounds like a neighbor I wouldn’t want anyway. Park two of them on the fence.

Of course you could always negotiate a “moving fee” in the deal. It may be worth it to move that trailer if they are willing to pay. If not they can pound sand.

                                It depends on:

                                1) what does the wife look like
                                2) does she sun bath topless by the pool
