It is going to be hard for LSU and the State of Louisiana to justify spending $15M on buying out Miles when the state is in such financial distress and $40 oil.



IF it happens, I think it has more to do with some internal beef and goes back to the last couple of years (Chavis ordeal included) instead of the actual direction of the program. They would use this skid as their public "reason" but it has to be more rooted than that. Doesn't LSU have the #2 ranked recruiting class (I know its early) right now? I would be that would take a hit if he is replaced.

I started to ask the same question about recruiting hit, and think there would be at most any other school, but La. kids, as much as probably any other state, are all about the program and not the coach. They're brainwashed early down there.
