After the shot, I had to wait a couple hours to track and literally tracked mine on scent (not a lot of blood.)
I cleaned it myself, so it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to do it.
The meat tasted great. I just salted it and pan fried it the first time to try the taste. Thought it had a profile more similar to beef than pork.
Ate a ton of Carne Guisada with it.
