We always cooked it on a pit like you would goat. Tasted great.

Most folks who turn their noses up at javies and talk about how bad they stink have only dealt with older ones. I cook the young ones, and they're right tasty! Of course if you're wanting that euro mount, then you want the biggest ugliest one you can find. We usually give those away to someone who wants to mess with them.

Absolutely delicious if you cook them just right by burying them in the ground for 2 weeks, letting the worms pick off the odor causing bacteria and decomposing meat, then soaking them for 18 days in strawberry koolaid and tomato juice, and setting them on fire using kerosene and lighterfluid, then tossing them in the trash and buying whataburger.

We make summer sausage out of all of ours. Big, small, male, female. And I have people offering to buy it from me. The guys at work cant wait for us to get back from down there every year because I bring some to work every morning. But because they are so small you dont get much meat from them. I run out in a month so. Realy try the reciepe that "mesquite some or other "post in the reciepe section here, and modify it to your likeing. Its great stuff. I wish I could send each of you that wont eat or say its not worth eating, a roll of it.
