Sounds like just bad customer service. As others have stated, just vote with your money and go some place else next time you need something.

Santa Fe Archery isn't too far from you. I've been going there for multiple years and never had a problem. I will say however, I do buy everything from them. They have helped me adjust my bow and done other misc things many times for no charge. Buying my supplies there is a way that I indirectly pay them back for their service.

The irony here for me is that if I were on the fence about this business to begin with then booner's defense of them and calling someone a pos would have definitely convinced me not to take my business there.

Saying it the way you did wont get any customers. Especially saying you're gonna beat someone. Lack of class right there. I see what you're saying. And yes he should be called out on it. But not the way you did. This is how folks see your business now. Is that your goal? Doubtful.

Well i speak in a blunt point of view. Its just the way i am, very honest. If people dont want to do business with honest people then thats there choice. The doinker statement was a joke.
