What's interesting to me though is that in a 3 page thread full of customer complaints you chose to only focus on one and attack the poster by calling him a pos.
It makes me wonder why you didn't refute any of the other claims. It also makes me notice that your behavior is essentially the same behavior that many of the people in the thread said they experienced in the shop.
In whole, it regrettably lends a lot of validity to what they posted. It's a shame too because no one has ever run a business without receiving complaints. I know I haven't.
Thing is most good retailers recognize complaints are an opportunity to change someone's mind. Instead you chose to reinforce the argument of all those that relayed a bad experience.
I'm not attacking you. I'm actually trying to help you. You see, I was one of probably many that clicked on this thread having never been in the shop. I noticed the same thing you did about his post and hadn't made up my mind at all about where I stood on the issue until you chimed in.
Just my $.02 and maybe something for you to think about in the future.
