What would you do- Guy walks in Walmart with assult gun

If you look on youtube there's a video of guys carrying assault rifles in downtown San Antonio - they were also passing out 2nd amendment paperwork the LEO's were called in and at first they were going to disarm them until they corrected the officers statement and told them the actual law. They then asked them to remove the MAGAZINE (LOL!) to which they agreed to do but got the officers to admit they did not have to under the law. You know in Montana violent crime is almost non existent and they are completely open carry - Chicago on the other hand is I believe the deadliest city with the highest rate of gun crime in the nation with the stiffest gun laws. Mexico it's illegal to have a gun and the criminals drive around piled in the back of trucks with AR's sticking out everywhere and I think everyone knows how well the laws are workin there. No brainer to me just look at the evidence - you know in Montana everyone's still real polite and that's a part of Texas I'd like to see again!!

Sheeple are afraid of someone legally exercising a right. Finger on the trigger isn't a good idea though. That could definitely be considered a manner to calculate alarm. Of course, he could be a fool and not have any idea of trigger discipline. A lot of people don't.

As far as the guy just carrying it, I wouldn't have batted an eye. I would be willing to bet it was just a moron that was trying to get an interaction with the police so he could put it on YouTube.

Absolutely...its called manslaughter.

Until that person starts shooting, what he is doing is not illegal nor do you have the right to shoot.


Its the same principal as if you're weapon printed or you lifted your arms reaching for something and your gun showed, then the guy next to you shot you because he didn't know if you were about to start shooting because you had a gun.
