      NOPE - I do my own. Not hard at all. Just make sure you buy good rings.

        No one mounts my scopes but me, my brother, or my best friend. Don't trust anyone else. Watched the guy at Carter Country mount a scope once. He put the front ring on the scope and used the scope to twist in the dovetail mount. He is one that should know better so do you think I'm going to trust some goober behind the counter.

                  Took my MOAB in there to bore sight and they thought I was crazy.


                  Work at an Academy and for sure it depends on who is there. We have some retired military folks and very knowledgable folks that can do a good job, if you don't want to take the time to do it yourself.

                    don't do it. I tried it this year off of 45S and they broke a screw and then the young man told me I should ask for a refund for the bore sighting. Need less to say I didn't pay for anything.

                      Same thing happened to me on a rifle/scope combo I bought at dixsportingoods. Was in the process of taking it apart to redo when I tried to close the bolt and noticed it.
