Do you remember Texas stopping the recruiting process and street agent being tossed around? Brings light to the accusations, NO?
We had that discussion on TBH. When the money talk and the AAU coach got involved in his recruitment, Texas retracted his offer. Even RSJ said he didn't know what happened on twitter to him going to Texas. He was all set after he visited and committed until his handlers got involved in the process.
Edit: I am not saying A&M paid him and that is why he went there. I was bringing up the point that some funny stuff happened during the recruitment with RSJ.
I'm sure the NCAA will huff and puff and try to save face if they have no smoking gun and offer 1-2 game suspension. Which sucks for all the fans, it's just a better game to watch when he plays.

Wouldn't any time he sits admit guilt in most peoples eyes?
I feel the NCAA wants this to go away as soon as possible while not appearing weak in the eyes of the public.

I agree. They have to find either he did it or he didn't. If they say he's guilty it will be season suspension IMO. 2 games is just an arbitrary number people come up with so he can play against Bama.
Johnny plays, the NCAA has nothing solid to go. All they have is a statement by a source that is questionable at best and who would have enough os a conflict of interest as to never be allowed in a court of law.
I agree with Heath, the NCAA wants this to go away for two reasons. First, they know they can't prove anything so don't want to fight a losing battle. Two, this is a wide spreed occurance and would be a pandoras box they stated digging into it.
