Just started a good rain here in Newton.

I haven't hunt in my pop up in ages but I'm sure glad to be in it right now! I've got a couple shooters on the trail cam over here. Fingers crossed.

Had a nice 8 walk through at about 45 yards. He wasn't interested in stopping. At least I know his trail now. He always pops up on the camera from the same direction. Going to scent it up later, hopefully draw him in.

I've changed too... Location & clothes.

I can't stay when it floods enough to pool water at our gate entrance.

Before last weekend I bought that Frog Toggs rainsuit at Academy. It kept me dry through the 2 days of rain. It's breathable so I wasn't sweating my tail off. Definitely a plus.
