Yep, making up rules and enforcing them, are two very different things. Without the latter, you might as well not even bother with the former

                      1. Your 2 coolers of the Milwaukee Beast are yours because your a cheap...
Stay out of others that shelled out a couple more bucks for something thats potable to humans.

                      2. Forgetting to stop by the store on the way in is no excuse for not having food for dinner. Stick with your sammiches & hot dogs & sardines while the others grill steaks & smoke ribs. You get whats left over when the dog's full.

                      3. When the skeet shoot off commences, walking out of the house with your 9 shells and no clays to offer up means you will get to shoot 9 times after you have shagged 9 clays in the pasture that were missed by the others.

                      4. If you need to talk on the phone every 5 minutes, get in your car and drive off to make the calls.

                      5. See 1-4.

No guns inside the cabin and any gun in any truck should have the bolt open.

                          No drunkeness/No foul language
Ranch and Improvements must be kept in condition they were found in or better
No road activity during hunting hours
No road travel when roads are wet - (see rule #2)
All bucks under 3yrs old are off limits

I could enjoy a lease that didn't have the same rules, but if I ever had it to do my way (which I won't because I have had all of the lease manager duties I care to partake in) these would be the top 5 rules

Cannot put in my .02 as I've never been on a lease as we have always owned the land but as long as I can remember, the biggest thing with my family is to have fun!

We have the common "rules" but basically shoot what you want and have fun.

We drink a lot, cook a lot, shoot a lot, work...and our ranch is a place to relax and enjoy ourselves with family and friends..

Literally pull up a chair and enjoy a beer.... We always have washer boards up and a fire flickering

Be a gentleman (or lady), and the rest will take care of itself.

BTW, kids and women are always welcome in our camp, and we encourage them to participate. But any guest is the sole responsibility of the host (paid hunter).
