I saw it yesterday. Entertaining but not as good as the original IMHO. Too many changes.

How many can you name? Starsky and Hutch, Dukes of Hazard, as well as movie classics. Are they our of ideas or just after the "I liked that show as a kid so why not relive those memories with a remake"?

Kiddos finally got done reading the book so we watched the original tonight. Has been a while for me and was great. Oldest kid liked it due to the fact the movie stuck to the book unlike many she sees now days. Cant wait to see the new one.
In the old movie: Is that Robert Duvall playing Ned Pepper? IF so I never had a clue on that one, he is the greatest.

Saw it. Paid $5 at the early, early showing and glad I didn't pay the normal $8.50. It was just "ok" to me. Bridges won't be getting any nominations for this one but the girl should get supporting actor award. She made the movie watchable in my opinion. Damon was horrible. I've seen at least 5 better westerns in the last 10 years.

We saw it tonight without much expectations either way.
Saw it with a bunch of folks in Washington (and one oddball wearing a Buccee's t-shirt)
Enjoyed it, had a few good laughs, but it's not in my top three Coen Bros. films.
I would say the average age in our theater was at least fifty-five.....
It was nice to go to a movie without the droopy-pant, look-at-me-I-have-a-cell-phone crowd.
