I used to hunt exclusively subs and had great success with 220gr SMK and 10.9gr A1680 with OAL of 2.245". Chrono'ed right around 1100fps. 1/2 MOA at 75yrd with SDN-762. These SMK's don't expand so head shots are must for clean kills. Good luck man !!!

I have a few Chad but the dang pigs have all but disappeared on me.

They sure look cool though, LOL.

Last time I looked Nosler had them in stock on their website though.

some great info on here. I've been thinking along the lines of some of the guys on here for a sub round. But seems it might not cycle the gun well.

Not a fan of hunting hogs with subs have had mixed results but varmints. Yep. If I ever where to try again I would stick to Lehigh Defense, Cutting Edge or Outlaw State bullets. Yes you are going to pay more but my experience with other bullets is they just do not expand properly at sub speeds.

The glow tip is gimmicky for sure but if they work and get 2X expansion and 19" of penetration I don't give a **** what anybody thinks. I'm still on the hunt for ammo that is effective at subsonic velocities with body shots. The black nickel brass looks really good too.

Yup, I want to see what they can do. I was hoping to find some factory loads. No dice so far.
