I got my renewal in about 2.5-3 weeks. You can upload your documents via the website rather than mail for renewals.

I wish they would let you do that in the beginning. That would be much easier on everyone, especially for TXDPS.

Right! I sent my CHL-100 and Photo holder in yesterday. It sounds like many of us should be getting it at the same time. It also means I'm going to have to be extra good and not drink much at Nanza

I'm hoping mine takes a few more weeks. My birthday is 2/24, so if it's approved before then, it will expire 2/24/17. If approved the day after, it will expire 2/24/18.

Kidding aside, I hope y'all get yours in mail soon. With all the craze, everyone are panicking and getting their CHL's at almost same time. Flooded DPS's with all the paper works and such. It may be taking longer than usual. It should take a month or less. Some goes as long as 2-3 months. Mine took 2 months but because of different states I've lived in, which takes a little longer.

Mine is up for renewal in 2015 on my birthday. I plan renew early as I can possibly take it. Don't want to procrastinate then the paperwork gets tied up in the system for some reason.

Hahaha - my packet was the last thing outstanding. Got confirmation it was received via USPS on January 30, today Feb. 6 I still have the "waiting to receive documents"

I wish I could do the same. Mine went out for delivery in Austin on the 22nd and was never scanned to show being delivered since. How long till I give up on it updating and showing delivered? Do I have any way of getting another copy of the forms to turn in again?
