These crackers are awesome. Tried them over Christmas and was hooked. We keep a gallon ziploc in our pantry all the time now. I bet they would be good on ceviche .

As of late I have been using oyster crackers to make these, they seem to coat alot better and you can eat them by the handful. They go great with beer.

                            I made these twice.

                            2 cups corn cheks
                            2 cups wheat cheks
                            2 cups pretzels
                            2 cups cheese nips
                            2 cups peanuts
                            2 cup oyster cracker

mixed in 2.5 gallon zip lock....

                            1 cup canola oil
1 1oz pk of ranch dressing mix
1 1 oz pk of fiesta dessing mix
3 large tablespoons of cracked red petter

mix the above and pour over the checks mix....

                            Just awesome.

I didn't have any italian dressing mix so I used Adams BBQ on oyster crackers. WOW! They were good.
