Good place, lots of birds. You pick your ponds the day of the orientation. Birds are everywhere but I know the locals prefer certain ponds over others.

I was there this weekend (on the Trinity unit) in archery hunt, but have been in the north unit before. Lot's o birds!

Doing a little pending on Muley and waterfowl.

I struck out on Muley as well (tecnically pending 2nd). I have 14 points which I believe is the maximum since that's about when they split the Muley hunts from the WT.

Sadly, a bunch of us have 14 or 15 max points due to that split.

Oh well, I still have NM in a down muley unit to look forward to in Nov.
