You cannot win it if you are not in it! Odds are not good, but I personally know two people who were drawn. Even a couple of TBH'rs have won. Good luck everyone!!

I applied for 87 hunts this year and so far have drawn Aransas NWR Archery Deer and Laguna Archery Deer.

15 more draws to go.

Well the number as about in line with what I would think for each hunt. Not sure I would ever buy 50 for any category especially a bird hunt.

No kidding. Same for nilgai. In 2018 you could probably buy a hunt for 125 entries. Goes to a good cause but still…

I decided to throw the kitchen sink at them to try and hunt something. I probably won't be doing that volume again, seeing as how the payout wasn't nearly as good (so far) as the buy in was high.

Here's to today's heartbreak though.
