Just got off the phone with the COE they are still dozen fire breaks at whitney and they are not dozen any at Aquilla till the spring and only 16 permits out rite now and allot of mad people that cant get a permit because thay did not turn in their game serv

Ben, permitts dont come out until Aug.16 ----Have had a permit since 1999-The website wont allow any till then. My report was or is done before every permit.
