Started the topcoat today.
Got the bunk room completely done. Using Berh satin water based polyurethane, probably 3-4 more days work to finish it all. Then hardware, fixtures & appliances. I can see the finish line as the 2 year mark approaches.
6-7-23 will be 2 years since i broke ground.

With exterior sealer and stacked stone underpinning left on the exterior punch list, I’ll likely be into the summer finishing it.
Also want to pour a 12x12 slab where i park my buggy.

Two walls and the vaulted ceiling left, this stuff is time consuming but makes the wood look great.

Moved in all the appliances today, wrapped up my chandelier project too. I’ll hang it Monday and get some pics.

Thanks y’all. Been a long journey well worth it. Once i do the stacked stone underpinning and landscaping I’ll update again. Glad to have the interior done for sure.
