Update.
Lights and bilge not working.
Took apart panel, steel wool corroded connectors and sockets, dialectic grease, soldered and shrink wrapped the ugliest stuff, new fuses.
Success, all lights and bilge working (at least for this week).
Took her out before the rain hit and got some numbers.
Drafts in 5.5” and lifted the back about 2”.
Runs good. Pods are noticeable at keeping the stern up and the bow down on take off. No difference turning. They were welded with 1 inch of rake back to front, boat still feels fast.
With no passengers, pods have about 2+ inches above water line. That’s wasted flotation, but should help when fully loaded.
We are officially boating.

Put a hound dog on it.
Standing and tillering while turning sharp to the right....is sketchy, that kill switch is there for a reason.
The view from top of the platform is awesome, can't wait to try that on a calm morning in Carlos Bay.
Finishing out the interior is about all that's left.
Electronics next.
Thanks for all the help, suggestions and well wishes that got her to this point!
It's good to be back on the water.

Heck yea looks great!! What kind of speeds did you get?
I bet a nice removable casting platform on the front would be a cool addition as well.
I'd mount a couple of rod holders on the back platform too.
If you decide to get real serious you find a spot to mount one of these dudes on there....
