Turned out great! Is there anyway to get fuel tank and battery (or at least battery) under the front deck? This could help you draft and holeshot considerably

          Turned out awesome!!

Hound dog is the best part. Mine is just afraid of everything... Except his moose shed.

I second that, but I did visualize cousin Eddie when I read this!

Nice work. Does the polished aluminum get hot in the sun? How quiet is the hull? I have a v nose flat bottom and have lots of hull slap. But it looks like you have a modified v so hopefully yours is quieter.

Heck yeah. That's almost too purdy to fish from... almost.

Boat is modeled after a Yeti cup.
I have to scoop the ice out at the boat ramp.
Its not any hotter than it was painted.

Not much hull slap but my boys bouncing all over it, its loud.
I'm going to add Hydro-turf bow to stern, should quiet things a little.

I'd bet the glare could be a problem for other boaters.
But for a small craft, I bet she is visible!

Not really wanting to cut my casting deck and routing battery leads under the floor would not be easy.
But I agree with everything you say, it would be better to at least have the battery in the bow.

                                Full load of fuel
                                Cooler full
                                anchor
                                5 gallons of bait
                                4 people

                                Not quite 35mph
And all the help a Dad can stand.

Trying to get the boat back to the welder this week to enlarge the bow access, my fire extinguisher is still trapped in there.

Also to drill the hole in the mounting plate of the grab bar for the sonar/gps wiring.
I'm ordering my star board for the grab bar backrest and sonar mounting plate today.

                                Thanks everybody
