So I kind of wrote down all the things that we vacuum sealed just so we would have an idea of what 29 birds equated into.
22 packs of breasts... A few had four to a pack but most only had two.
9 packs of leg quarters with two each. One pack had four quarters.
9 packs of thighs with either four inside. A few had 6. We did some boneless and some bone in.
9 packs of wings with 4
6 each. One had extra.
9 Packs of drumsticks with 4 each. A few had extra.
5 bags of stir fry from tenders and miscellaneous meat.
Three large bags of chunked chicken breast/tenders with a thousand grams each. We made these specially for our Indian food recipes that call for 1,000 g of chicken. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
Five large vacuum sealed packs of backs necks and wing tips. Mary will make a huge batch of chicken stock in a large roasting pan. She had seasonings and onions and garlic and celery. It's great for a lot of recipes.
It was A hard day's work, and now I've got to clean up a bunch of crap today but it's a good feeling to see the freezer full.

Been four months since an update!
Bridge is still trashed from the flood.
Low water crossing with 4 loads of rock has worked so far. Just a longer drive to get to the back of the property.
Bulldozer guy cleared our fencelines and made me three shooting lanes in the back. Been running a tailgate feeder on my mule.
Acorns started dropping early here. Deer are hit or miss. Made three sits with the bow. Saw one yearling.
Killed two hogs last week with the 7mm08. Ate one of them.
House is good. Shop is good and serving its purpose well.
We got out of rabbits and quail until after the first of the year. Our laying hens (20 of them) are doing great.
