You know I know a lady who runs a place that does that. I just had 2 done last week. You might have to put up with graffiti but price is good and they go to front of the line Click image for larger version

Knocked down a doe before I could even get all my windows open and chair situated. The tailgate feeder as opposed to the stand and fill has been paying dividends. I'm getting zero pictures at my Lamco. Congratulations.
i am not sure I have seen a carcass stripped clean of the meat by a human being. 😁

A single ant would starve to death if all he had was that carcass to feed on. Sucker looks like a 2 yr skeleton in the desert. Nice work and the place is looking great. I want to be chew when I grow up.

Deer are hard to come by...or maybe my stand time is hard to come by. Getting all that meat! 😀

Congratulations on the doe, Chew! Back in the day, my aunts and uncles would have gotten another 5 lbs. of meat off that carcass! 😂😂

I like that second pic of the doe. That's how I do mine. Except, you left a little more meat on the rib bones than I do.

Things definitely getting interesting at the elephant lease. Based on tracks I've got at least 3 different ones. Click image for larger version

75 yards away...this poor feller is thinking the neighborhood is going to shiiiite while contemplating his weight loss goals for 2025.

Needs another year to let that nubbin rack grow. But I'd definitely take him after that, just for the meat. That neck is gonna have a lotta neck roast and link sausage.

We rendered about 20 jars of lard out of our hog butchering. Got pork belly smoking right now. Hopefully be cutting up bacon tomorrow. Got a couple hams carrying and they will be smoked as well in about a week.

I took one deer off of our place, one deer down the road at a neighbor's place, and one deer off of public land hunt about 20 minutes from the house. Lots of burger made so far but still got to make some link sausage.

Bridge is still down from the flood last year and the low water crossing is getting washed out again with all the rain we've had in the last month. I can still get across it with my mule but it's not fun.

We had a big New Year's Eve party, our third annual, and had lots of family and friends over for a day or two.

Shop is coming along good. It's working on my basic welding skills.

Been spending a lot of time around the fire pit with the in-laws that moved in down the road.

Lots of good Chow with prime rib roasts, chili, elk stew, you name it. Got the elk mount moved into the living room. It takes up a lot of room but we like looking at him.

Got a lot of those and yearlings this year. Hoping to have a good year next year and possibly take another buck.

Congrats Chew it’s good to see the fruits of your labor coming together. Looks like you have the true homestead with all the meat processing going on etc. You have had a good season it looks like.
