That is why companies were offering bribes( bonuses, gift cards etc) to those who got the vaccine. They weren’t doing it because they were being nice.
Lots of lawsuits will be filed once the SCOTUS makes its final ruling.

Had a coworker fall off a bridge doing what he was told to do. Company paid... big. They didn't "make" him do it. He had a choice. Do it or go work somewhere else. He did it, he fell, and they were held accountable.

Most people don't realize these "incentives" were just to show that the employee "made a deal" and wasn't coerced or threatened.
